Opened in 2009, Surprises have many years' experience in the retail sector, and supplies cards, gifts and other surprises to the general public within the local area. The shop is located in Prestatyn.
The shop supplies a wide range of cards and gifts that are either factory produced or hand made and tailored to requirements. The cards cover all of the usual categories from births to condolences, new job to retirement and of course birthdays, anniversaries blank etc. We are up to date because we even stock civil ceremony cards for either sex. The vast majority can be viewed instore but we will be selling a small selection online too in the coming weeks.
The shop is managed by Darren who has been involved in the retail business for a number of years. Having previously worked on local markets selling various things from clothes to cards to pretty much anything he can sell cheap. The secret of selling is buying right and at surprises that reflects in the prices (all factory produced cards 5 for £2). If Darren isnt there then it will more than likely be a family member who will assist in any way they can.
